This listing is for either a 10 inch for POS-X point of sale systems. Note: We no longer stock the 6 foot cable due to the much higher distributor cost. However, they may be available by special order, so contact us if the 10 inch cable won't suffice for your application. These are new POS-X brand adapter / converter cables to go between the 10-pin "RJ48" / "RJ50" COM1, COM2, COM3 serial port connections on the underside of a POS-X EVO point of sale system and POS-X printers with a DB9 (9-pin) RS-232 "Serial" port on the back of the printer.. Examples of compatible POS-X / Custom America printers are: EVO Green EVO-RP1 EVO-PT3-1HUS EVO-PK2-1AS / EVO-PK2-1BS This is not for connecting the "CD" port to a cash drawers. See the second image for an example of the "CD" vs "COM" ports. If you're looking for a cash drawer cable, then see our other listing. The available cables are the same specifications, except for their length. You'll need to select your desired length in the "Cable Length" field above when adding to the cart. The best way to confirm is to match known part numbers from your existing hardware or your system's documentation, when available. Please, double-check your part number and / or look at the connector ends in the photos to confirm a match. The following are the part numbers: EVO-XZ1-SC or 41000000087800 - 10 inches long EVO-XZ6-SC or 41000000087900 - 6 feet long (we no longer sell the 6' cable because it cost much more and you should be able to use a serial extension cable with the 10 inch cable to extend the cable over a longer distance). Message us if you need the 6 foot version of the cable. The cable connectors are a RJ50 gold 10-pin male on one end and a DB9 9-pin male serial RS-232 port on the other end.
