What's Included? This is a Custom America & POS-X branded cable (977GF010000003) that replaces the POS-X (CD-EVO-STA) drawer kick cable to connect the drawer kick (DK) port of a compatible Star receipt printers (see the second photo for an example) to a printer-driven POS-X cash drawer, such as the following: POS-X ION ION Slide EVO Pro Evo Heavy Duty Custom America APEX APEX Pro Compatible printers include Star TSP, SCP, and SP Series printers with a drawer kick port. When the printer prints it sends a signal down this cable to kick the drawer open. This is not a universal cable and is only intended for Star. Please see our other listing if you have a different brand of receipt printer or terminal. Is This The Correct Cable? The part number shown in the photos is what will ship, but this is an alternate part number for all the following part numbers in the list. EVO-CD-STA or UPC: 826635700098 (original POS-X part numbers) 977GF010000003 or UPC: 826635711131 (Custom America now owns POS-X and makes the same cable under these new part numbers) This cable is 48 inches long. It has a 6-pin RJ12 male jacks on both ends, which are also know as (6P6C) for 6-pin, 6 conductor / wire. Note: This 6-pin configuration is the same size as the common RJ11 end it just has 6 pins / wires instead of 4. If you have questions, then feel free to use the "Contact Seller".
