What's Included? This is a new 108 cash drawer lock and key set consisting of the following parts: one 108 lock - part #LOCK-DMPL108 one 108 key - part # KEY-DIMPLE-108 the screw used to attach it to the drawer's locking rod. The photos show the exact key, lock, and screw. There is also an example photo of the lock installed inside of a drawer. No other drawer or locking parts are included. What's shown in the first photo is what is included. The key turns this lock clockwise to unlock and counter-clockwise to lock. When unlocked, it can be pushed inward to open the drawer. If you need additional keys, then we sell the individual 108 keys on another listing. What Does it Fit? This lock set is compatible with some heavy duty MS and compatible NCR brand cash drawers and is typically located on side of the cash drawer frame. If you've broken a key off in the lock there are a few possible ways to remove the damaged lock. Use the Drawer Kick Feature of the POS Printer (if applicable) to open the drawer See if there's a manual release/open mechanism on the bottom of the drawer Remove the screws on the bottom of the drawer and carefully move the bottom plate enough to get a hand in and remove the clip Once the drawer is open you can remove the screw on the backside of the lock and it should come out.
