NEEDS TO BE RESET. As far as I know, it’s fully functional, it may be missing the odd cord or such generic accessory(s) but all the main functions are there. NOTE: NO BILL ACCEPTOR, this model can have it, the cut out is there but hasn’t been popped out so it can be installed if wanted.
