This is an electric coinsorter with stainless finish. It is a pre-owned item and does have some signs of wear. This can include scrapes and scuffs. I did test it and the coin sorter rotated upon pushing the button. I did not try to operate with coins in the machine. Does not include batteries shown in video or photos.
