This one is an Electric Klopp. It works great, as I plugged it in and ran some quarters through it. I don’t know anything about various features, adjustments, etc but am happy to test out more things, take more pictures, or answer your guided questions. I am not familiar with coin counters but am happy to learn if you tell me what to look for. Please ask the questions before you buy it.
